Our Process

Step 1 – Initial Contact

First, fill out our Contact Page enquiry form and we will contact you! 

We will arrange a time to visit and go over the ideas and details of your project in person. Getting a vibe, of colours, shapes and styles you desire. 

Step 2 – Preparing your quote

We pride ourselves on transparent and detailed quotes. Floorplans, product lists and scope-of-works documents come standard with all of our initial quotes.

Elevations (vertical 2D plans) can be provided for an additional cost. We can accommodate changes to the products list or scope of works but we may request a 10% deposit or admin fee.  

Step 3 – Acceptance of Quote

Once the quote is accepted, we arrange paperwork and swap signatures. A %10 deposit is then required to book your spot in the queue. We will then give you an estimated start date and timeline. 

Step 4 – Jobsite Preparation

We endeavour to keep the disruption to a minimum. However, we do require space to store materials and bathroom furnishings. Please consider possible locations for this on your property. 

Step 5 – During the Works

One thing you will quickly find out is that our crew loves a chat. We hold communication with our customers to the highest priority. 

We also keep your house as tidy as we can. Cleaning up and packing away tools at the end of each day. Keeping your house the way we found it. 

Step 6 – Work completed + final walk through

Your bathroom/project will be presented completed and fully cleaned.

We offer complimentary professional photos for your bathroom/project but we may use them in our marketing.
